The following information applies to items in my shop.

(If you would like a custom order there is some additional flexibility, please convo me if you are interested)

Payment

Payments through Paypal only. Item will be shipped upon receipt of payment. I would really appreciate if you could pay on the same day as your purchase. However, I understand that this is not always possible. Therefore, you have up to three days to make your payment through paypal; after that the transaction will be considered null and void and the item re-listed.

Shipping

I try to ship within 3 business days of receiving your payment. I always combine shipping, so if you've bought and paid for more than one item, extra shipping will be refunded via paypal. Shipping is via regular post, to keep shipping costs to minimum, items can't be tracked. If you would like something insured or shipped by priority mail, or courier, then just let me know and I will add that to your purchase.

Once a package has been shipped, I can no longer assume responsibility for the contents and the value contained. Please note that with international packages that are shipped first class international, there is no way of tracking the package once it leaves my possession. If you wish for me to ship international priority which includes tracking, please let me know; however, be aware that it is considerably more expensive.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns and will gladly refund your money upon return of purchased item(s). Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping costs. Items must be in original state.
