Payment

I accept Paypal and check.
Paypal payment is expected within 72 hours of purchase, check payment is expected within four days.

Shipping

I ship out your items within 24 hours of successful payment or on the next business day.
If you are paying by check yor shipment will go out within 24hrs of the check clearing.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will gladly refund the cost of the item for any reason within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in unused condition and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return shipping.
I package my items very carefully and would hope that the buyer would return them as well packaged.

Additional Policies and FAQs

HOW THEY ARE MADE.

All of my felted bags are one of a kind
and made by hand.

They start by being hand crocheted to double the finished bag size.

Then they are boiled and agitated to shrink and strengthen the wool,

Water is pressed out and the bag is blocked to dry outside in the mountain breeze.

The button is then hand-made to match each bag,

Linings are cut, fit individually and hand sewn to fit your bag perfectly.

This process takes aprox. a week sometimes longer.

Felted bags are very sturdy they do not stretch out and can easily be washed.

Be assured that your bag is of the highest quality.
