Welcome and thank you for browsing my shop, Mtheorie Fine Art, where each piece of art is hand created by me. Below are all the policies working in unison to help each piece make the trip over to you. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Payment

Payments can be made through PayPal in US Dollars and must be received within 4 days of purchase. Payment must be made in full and clear before the piece can be shipped.

**I will ship to your Paypal address.** Paypal and Etsy “ship to” addresses are not required to match.

To cancel an Etsy transaction before it is shipped from my shop you must contact me to do so within 24 hours

Shipping

Shipping is available within the US and Canada for ACEOs, and within the US only for other work. For shipping to Canada, customers are responsible for customs fees.

The piece will be carefully wrapped and reinforced, shipped directly to you via USPS.

Work will not be rolled; it will be shipped flat.

Items are shipped within 3 days of cleared payment, if any problems occur the buyer will be contacted immediately.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted if inquiry about the return is made within 3 days of the items initial arrival to the buyer. Item must arrive to me in original condition, shipped in the same packaging or similar packaging to ensure protection. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping and including Delivery Confirmation. Refund will be issued to the buyer minus the amount of the initial shipping.

If a package is damaged or lost in transit to the buyer, a claim will be made with the USPS for the cost of the piece. Due to the unique nature of each work, I cannot provide replacements.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All copyrights, of images and artwork, belong to and remain with the artist known as Mtheorie. Copyright is not transferred with purchase and cannot be reproduced without permission from the artist.
