I truly hope that you love your purchases. I create things that I love, with great attention to quality and workmanship, while attempting to keep the prices affordable. I also strive to provide an enjoyable shopping experience with great customer service.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase or with the service received, please contact me directly and we can work on a solution satisfactory to both parties. Positive feedback and client happiness are very important to me.

Payment
PLEASE NOTE:
~If payment is not received within 48 hours of purchase(excepting money order payments), I will have to re-list the item(s). If for some reason you are unable to make the payment within this time frame, or need to make other arrangements, please contact me right away and we can work something out - I am very convo friendly and communication is key.
~Your purchase will not be shipped until payment has been received. Be sure to keep this in mind if you are paying by money order and allow extra time - especially if it is a gift.
Shipping
Again, please note that your purchase will not be shipped until payment has been received. I ship by standard surface mail: Canada Post says to plan for:
Canada: 3 business day locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5 - 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.
USA: 6 - 12 days for delivery to the US.
International: delivery speeds vary.
If you would like shipping insurance and/or tracking, please let me know before you pay so that I can send a quote to you for the new price and revise your listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is defective. If an item is defective you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange. If their is any damage as a result of my packaging of the item(s), please contact me right away and we will work out either a refund or exchange.

Buyer is 100% responsible for their country's customs/VAT fees.
I will mail your order as promptly as possible after payment has been received. However, once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages.
