Payment

PLEASE pay as and when you 'order' something from my shop. If you don't pay at time of 'ordering' then I will wait FIVE days and then CANCEL THE ORDER, re-listing my item, if I have NOT heard from you.

**CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS**
You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Shipping

I dispatch items within 24 hours so you need to let me know IMMEDIATELY if you wish to change your mind or cancel an item. This is important for you and me.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not delighted with your purchase I will replace it with something else of your choice to the same value or I will refund you the price you paid. I will NOT refund any postage/packing/shipping costs.
N.B Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting if returning item(s)
