Payment

I only accept payment through PayPal (and cheques from UK buyers) and will wait for payment to go through before posting.

Shipping

In the UK I use the First Class Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service.
I am happy to ship outside of the UK and use standard Airmail (let me know if you would prefer to pay more for tracked mail).

PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for all fees/taxes/duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

I don't accept returns but will do a size swap for you if requested within 30 days of receipt and the item is returned in the same condition.
The postage costs are unfortunately non refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Hallmarking:
To keep prices down, I only hallmark as and when legally required to do so. This is determined by weight. At the time of writing the legal weight thresh hold is 1 gram for gold and 7.78 grams for silver, so only larger/heavier items will be hallmarked.
All hallmarked pieces will also have my makers' mark (JG).
