Payment

Right now I take PayPal and credit cards via PayPal unless otherwise noted. Contact me if you would like to negotiate another method of payment.

Shipping

Shipping is typically First Class Mail. Other forms of shipping can be arranged (such as Flat Rate Shipping for moderate to large orders), just contact me for details.

Not responsible for stolen or damaged parcels

International Shipping: Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Please be aware of your country's import regulations.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges only occur with non-consumable products, such as jewelry, tote bags, clothing, and the like.

I cannot exchange consumable items due to FDA health and safety regulations. Therefore, if you are disappointed with one of our handmade personal care items, I will refund your money.

All complaints/applications for refunds and exchanges must be filed (via Etsy conversation or email) no more than 10 days after delivery of goods. EXCEPTIONS: If this item in question was a gift and it was received well after the 10-day window, please note that in your complaint. Something can always be worked out.
