Welcome to Craft Matters! Everything we sell in the shop is handmade (or put together) by us (Ali & Sandy). Every item is unique in some way - even if we make several 100 versions of it!
We are committed to the values of handmade, handcrafted & homespun.
Payment
Payment is accepted by Paypal or personal cheque (no cheques from international customers please). Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. Orders can be cancelled as long as they are not custom or Alchemy items.
Shipping
We ship using Royal Mail & mail stuff out 3x per week (Mon, Wed, Sat). If posting abroad I use Airmail unless otherwise requested. I always get proof of posting, but if you would like a registered service let me know & we can try and arrange something. If you are in a hurry just convo us before purchase & we can discuss trying to speed things up. International buyers are responsible for any customs charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry, but we cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged in the post.
Please contact us if you are unhappy with an item & we can discuss replacement & refund options.
Custom & alchemy orders are not eligible for a refund.
