Following are my Most Commonly Asked Questions:

Q: Do you offer to wholesale buyers?
A: No, not at this time

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! Please scroll down and read my section on "Shipping" for more info.

Q: Can I combine shipping?
A: I offer flat-rate shipping, so there is no need to worry about combining orders. The amount will be calculated during checkout. This is unless you are also ordering art prints, in which case see my section below, titled, "Shipping."

Q: Are you interested in trades?
A: Yes, and no. I am currently saving all my pennies for my wedding, but if you have something in your shop that I may need for that, by all means let me know!

Q: Are you taking custom orders?
A: No, not at this time. However, I can still adjust lengths of bracelets/necklaces, change the metal color of settings and earwires, and change the type of earwires. Simply message me.

Q: Do you oxidize your own settings?
A: Yes! I think the aged finish lends to the charm of the pieces (especially in the case of my Estate Collection Jewelry). These are done in small batches, so the patina can vary slightly from piece to piece; that's part of the fun of buying handmade!

Payment

I'm happy to accept Paypal. Payment is due at time of purchase.PA state residents will be charged 6% sales tax upon checkout.

If paying by E-check, your order will be delayed until Paypal confirms the funds are valid.

Shipping

GENERAL:
I ship via USPS First Class Mail to the address you provide ETSY, not Paypal.

Item(s) will ship within 3 business days of confirmed payment.

All packages are personally delivered to the Post Office, but once they have left our hands, we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages during shipment. If you require insurance, please contact me *before* placing your order.

Jewelry is carefully wrapped in kraft jewelry boxes and tied prettily with a ribbon. I will combine items in order to conserve packaging materials (unless you specify otherwise) and I no longer include the receipt (you can view it online by visiting "Your Etsy.") Bubble wrap is used only as needed, and recycled as much as possible. Shipping envelopes for jewelry are padded with post consumer paper. Prints are placed in cello sleeves and are shipped in rigid, flat mailers.

DOMESTIC (US) CUSTOMERS:
First Class Mail does not include Insurance towards loss and damage via transit. If you require that, please contact me BEFORE placing your order. All orders not shipped in a flat, rigid mailer will include delivery confirmation.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
First Class Mail International does not include a way to track delivery nor does it include insurance for losses/damages during shipment. If you require both please contact me BEFORE placing your order. Please note that customs is persnickety and may delay your package (on both ends); thusly, delivery might be postponed. If there are any Customs/Duties fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. On a positive note, I have had great success shipping to my Canadian friends, with most packages arriving safely and promptly!

INTERNATIONAL:
I used to ship Internationally, but there were just too many problems with packages not arriving. Very disheartening for myself and my customers! Therefore, I will now only ship outside of the US and Canada if the buyer is willing to pay for an upgrade to Priority Mail International. The cost is $16 and can include up to 5 items in the box. While this does NOT include tracking or insurance, we have found it to be a much more reliable mail service than First Class Mail International. Convo me for details if you are interested.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to totally love your piece, and for your visit to my shop be an enjoyable and stress-free experiece! However, I understand that life is messy, and sometimes things just don't work out. If that is the case:

*Please contact me (via ETSY) with your concern within 7 days of receipt.
*Item(s) will need to be returned to me in their original condition.
*If it is my mistake, I will reimburse your shipping.
*If it is simply a return, I will reimburse the cost of the item minus the shipping fees.
*It's important to note that I cannot refund monies unless you have a Paypal acct. If you don't I will be happy to work out store credit.


**I do not offer refunds/exchanges if packages are lost or undelivered. All packages are personally delivered to the Post Office, but once they have left our hands it is out of our control. Thanks for understanding!**

Additional Policies and FAQs

In order to best serve my customers and their privacy, I will no longer leave feedback unless feedback is received. Keep in mind, however, that Etsy will not allow me to leave feedback if it is 90 days past the sale.
