Payment

I am currently only accepting paypal, and request that payment be made within one week from purchase. I will send one reminder email before relisting the item.

Shipping

I ship within three business days of your payment. Please allow an extra week if you are requesting changes or alterations to the existing product (size changes, custom additions, etc).

I ship internationally and try to maintain shipping charges as close to actual cost as possible. If shipping costs significantly less than I have anticipated, I will refund the difference via paypal.

Please let me know if you need expediated shipping and I can adjust the shipping price accordingly.

I use delivery confirmation on all of my outgoing packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will repair or replace parts, free of charge, for anything that has been purchased from my shop, as well as paying for return shipping.
