Hi! Thanks for checking out my policies. I made cute, fun jewellery. My favourite things to work with are rainbow beads, flower charms, stars, hearts and all things generally lovely.

Payment

I don't see why you would not pay straight after buying, but if you really need that extra day or two, it's no trouble, but I would prefer it if you let me know.

I accept paypal, and UK customers can also bank transfer me or send me a cheque. Or they can come to my house and give me some dosh, that might be fun too!

Shipping

I ship my items in a sticker gift box, wrapped in tissue paper and inside a bubble mailer.

I ship my items as soon as I can, but occasionally I work on a "made to order basis" so your item may possibly take a few days to post. If you want insurance, let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not, please feel free to let me know and we can work something out. I also love knowing when you love something I have sent you.

If something is damaged, just convo me and I'll try and see what I can do.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Wholesale orders are possible. I work 23 hours a week in my job, and I look after a baby son, so if you want me to make something in bulk for you, be prepared for a short wait. I can package them for you or you can do it yourself. Convo me, and I'll set you up a reserved listing. I give 10% off my current listing price for up to 10 items, and 20% off for over 10.

I do not currently accept consignment orders.
