Payment

If you are new to Etsy and find the checkout process confusing, here's this helpful link: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, and Money Orders. I expect payment within THREE days of purchase; if you need a time extension PLEASE NOTIFY ME! I really DON'T want to cancel a sale, but if I don't hear from you, I will have to after 3 days :(

If you would like to pay thru Google Checkout, select "other" as your form of payment on etsy. Provide your email address associated with your Google Checkout account in "message to seller" box on etsy payment screen or send me a convo after you make the etsy purchase. I will then send you an invoice for your purchase thru Google. Make your payment by following the links provided to you by Google.

If you would like to pay by money order, simply select "other" as your form of payment on etsy, and let me know in the "message to seller" box. Please send the money order to the address I have listed thru etsy.

Shipping

****Please-oh-please make sure your etsy address MATCHES your paypal address****
Your package may go out late if I have to convo you to request the proper shipping address for your purchase!

I ship USPS Monday thru Friday in a 100% recycled paper envelope, and I recycle all plastic bubble wrap I have received in order to ensure safe shipping :D

If you need your purchase to arrive by a special time/day, I can add a "shipping" listing for you to ship by UPS. This listing *MUST BE PAID FOR BY 2pm THAT DAY* to include THAT DAY in the time-frame decided. (My pick-up time for UPS is Mon-Fri at 4pm. If payment comes after 2, I may not be prepared to send it out with the driver that day. Example: 2 day delivery would be three days if payment comes late-after 2)

I can also add shipping cost if you would like your package to be insured or shipped with a tracking number. Just convo me with your request.

International customers: there may be extra charges for customs, etc. This is your responsibility to pay at your post office.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind ALL of my items. If you have any problems with something you have purchased from me, please let me know and I can solve your problems! I have created each and every one of these art pieces with love and happiness...I definitely want my customers to feel the same!!!

Unfortunately, if an item is damaged or lost by the US Postal Service, and it is not insured, I am not accountable. I would be happy to try to re-create your lost item if supplies are available for a minor cost.

International Customers: The postal system is slow as molasses in most cases. I would LIKE to say that it will only take 2 weeks to ship to you, but often it has taken a month (especially to areas in Canada) or longer. Just have patience, and your lovelies will arrive...convo me either way.
