Payment

We accept payments via paypal. Payments must be received within 2 days of purchase or we will have to cancel the order.
We will ship your item(s) once payment is received.

Shipping

Shipping is to the PayPal address.If it is to go to a "gift address"-please let us know.
We ship worldwide
We ship via First Class Mail within 2 days of payment or less unless we are really busy and then we ship within 4 days. If you need your item sooner, let me know and we will make arrangements.
We will notify you once we shipped your item.
We carefully wrap each item and pack with lots of love and care.

Refunds and Exchanges

We absolutely love our work, and want you to love it too! If you receive your purchase and something about it doesn't make you happy, please contact us within a week of your purchase and we will try solve the problem.

Refunds are for the purchase price only; tax and shipping are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange and/or return an item, then all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

The item(s) must be in its original packaging, condition and be unused. The items(s) must also be shipped back with a shipping service that has a tracking number. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
