Welcome

Thank you for coming by my smoke-free but not pet-free shop. I am very convo friendly and welcome the chance to hear what you have to say and answer any questions you may have. Although my items are one of a kind, it might be possible to make another one similiar to what you see. Please see my profile for additional information. Ciao bella.

Payment

I accept PayPal and money orders. I do not ship anything until payment clears. Please know you must go to your PayPal account to complete (actually pay for) any etsy purchase.

Shipping

I guarantee your package will be to the carrier within three business days from confirmation of payment. Obviously I have no control once I have shipped it. I use priority mail unless you request different. I charge actual charges, international orders may or may not be subject to additional fees. I use previously owned bubble wrap/packing peanuts and encourage you to do the same or contact a place such as Mail Boxes, Etc. to see if they will accept them.

If you want more than one item and I can safely get them in one box, your shipping cost will be probably be less than the combined shipping for each item separately.

I will ship internationally, please convo for a quote. Too many variables for me to load each country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to be accurate in both my photos and description of the item. If you are not satisfied, contact me within 14 days of receiving it to arrange for a return. I need to be home to accept it. I will only accept/refund items that are returned to me in the same condition they were sent to you.
