Everything truly is made with love. My passion for playing with clay goes back 15 years. I started making Christmas pins that I shared with my friends. They caught on fast and my friends started placing orders for their friends. I've long since moved from my hometown, (Pittsburgh) but I still receive orders now and again from old friends.

All clay items are made with the best clay possible for the design, at least in my opinion! ;) I use Kato and Fimo for Canes and Premo and Fimo for small sculptures/jewelry.

Wire jewelry is created with non tarnish artistic wire, which many prefer over sterling because it doesn't oxidize. There may be a bit of sterling on the design as I like to use it for wrapping. It will be mentioned in the item description if there is.

Beaded necklaces are made mostly of glass beads. Any other materials will be mentioned in the item listing. I use mostly silver plate or silver tone findings for my jewelry, if you would prefer gold tone please convo me.

Banners are made with Photoshop, Banners with Custom Illustrations are made with Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. I am a graphic artist and web designer. If you would like something done, convo me!

Shipping

Non custom items are shipped immediately unless they are custom made. Custom made items could take up to a week to ship. I use USPS to ship everything, both US and international. If you would like something expedited please message me and we will work it out. Please note that I am not responsible for delays from the post office. If your item has not arrived in a reasonable time message me and I will investigate!

Please be aware that any customs fees that may arrise are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Item can be returned within 7 days if you are unhappy with your purchase. Personalized and custom orders can not be returned. Please contact me before shipping so I know the reason for the return and so we may try to find an alternative to return. The item must be in good condition and ready for resale. Refund will be purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Buyer must pay for return shipping.

Varathane Clear Gloss, which also UV protects clay items.
