Shipping

In the UK I send 1st class. Can send signed for on request, please covo me before purchase.
US is sent airmail which is 3-5 days.
I am happy to send surface mail upon request for a lesser fee but please be aware the time on that is 2-12 weeks.
Please note I do not make money on your shipping. Cost is for actual shipping and a small amount for packing materials. I do recycle if I can. If costs come to less than charged I will send the difference in a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy please contact me and I will try to resolve the problem.
I do offer a refund minus postage upon return of item. I want you to be happy and come back to my little shop. :)

If you see a bag in a fabric you like but not the style you like, just ask. The sky is the limit and love custom orders.

UK ers please dont be put off by the dollars. My items are made in th UK and are shipped from the UK.
