Payment

Please pay immediately after purchasing. If you are unable to do so, I will give your item three days before canceling the sale. If you have any questions, please let me know!
I accept PayPal and personal checks. Please make your check payable to Erica Halverstadt. If you chose to pay by check, I will ship your purchase when your check has been received and cleared by the bank.

Shipping

ship within 48 hours of receiving payment via priority US mail. This is true for national and international shipping. If you would like your package shipped another way, perhaps to arrive in time for a birthday, just let me know and we'll figure something out.

If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation on your package let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.

Please note that any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I am required to declare the contents of any package I mail abroad. Thanks

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you will be happy with my jewelry , but if you can't live with it, please convo me and I will refund ,exchange etc.
I don't pay for return shipping.
