Payment

I accept PayPal and (OTHER:) RME (Revolution Money Exchange .com) and Google Checkout.

(I am not yet too familiar with RME or Google Checkout, so I may ask from assistance from you if you are.)

I accept these methods (and only these methods) because:

- Since I currently only deal with Etsy sellers I figure these are desired and at least one is of these sites is used/preferred/familiar by you.
- I don't send products through the mail, currently, so I like to keep this all online.
- I try to think of return time and like to get started on your projects right away. I don't want to wait for payment, just like you don't want to wait!

If you have reasons why you think I should accept money orders and cashier's checks, just convo me! I will never accept personal checks.

Shipping

Most graphics will be sent by e-mail, but many previews for your satisfaction check will be sent by Etsy convo. Sometimes I need a reminder to re-send through e-mail, which is probably necessary in case Etsy's convo system messes with the files in any way.

I know some e-mail providers do best with their own or with certain ones. I have 2 e-mail addresses from which for you to choose to receive your work from me:

1. (main contact; convos, orders and PayPal sent to this inbox) lvdesigner[at]indsday.com - based on Gmail (but you'll receive e-mails from @ indsday.com, note). So if you, too, have gmail the image attachments will show up as viewable, not just downloadable (as you probably know).

2. victoriesdesigns[at]aol.com - let me know if you want your images inserted or attached (and zipped if more than 1 file).

Never send conversational/discussion e-mails to my AOL address unless we're already dealing with each other from it. I've been having problems not receiving e-mail, so I got a new address, and only keep this one for sending files to other AOL users! Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Money Back Guarantee = if you're unhappy with your graphic, I'll re-make it until you are or your money back = ALL orders come with this, but note that when a package includes more than one file, the refund only applies to that portion with which the customer's unhappy. Extra "gift" files do not count. (Often I do a little bit extra work and send an additional file, like a 2nd option.) Don't confuse gift files with what you ordered, make sure what you ordered is present before worrying.

Additional Policies and FAQs

- I can't guarantee all graphics will look good on ALL webpages, because some websites compress them on their own, but I WILL TRY TO HELP.

- I reserve the right to use my graphics for you, AND photo edits, in simply promotional ways on Etsy and marketable websites.

- Please forgive my erratic, crazy sleeping non-schedule when expecting replies or files from me!

- Note I check my e-mail address but I prefer all contact through convos and I can't guarantee no e-mail messages will be lost. However, Etsy has, in the past, had issue with convos not being delivered, as well. I apologize for any gap in communication, try me again!

- Until, to my knowledge and satisfaction, the policy page deletion issue on Etsy has been resolved (let me know if it has, as I'm trying to cut back on forum usage), I will reprint this in my profile!
