Payment

I welcome the following types of payment:

Paypal
Google Checkout
Revolutionary Money Exchange (RME)
Personal Check
Cashier's Check/Money Order
Cash (if delivered in person)
Credit Card processed over the phone (let me know and I'll give you a phone number to contact me at for a secure checkout using Propay.

Sales tax of 6.5% will be added for all Nevada buyers upon checkout.

Shipping

All items ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment or cleared funds.

I typically ship my items using the least expensive shipping method possible. If First Class is not an option because of weight, I ship using Priority Mail. If you would prefer a shipping upgrade or insurance, please let me know and I'll add the additional shipping expense to your bill. I am not responsible for any losses incurred for items lost by mail carriers.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within seven days of receipt for a full exchange of the item price less shipping costs. You can also opt to exchange the item for another one in my shop.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders start at $40 per item not including shipping. I price requests based on size, materials used and degree of difficulty. But I've never gotten a request I couldn't make so try me out! Please see flakyfriends.blogspot.com for an online portfolio of my creations for ideas of what I can make for you. But if you don't see what you are looking for there, go ahead and ask me. You never have to pay for any custom order until you've seen the finished product and are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

GIFT WRAPPING - CARDS

I will happily gift wrap and include your customized message printed on a card for free if you would like an item shipped directly as a gift. Please let me know your message (200 words or less) to print inside a custom card with my doodle of the stuffed animal on front.
