Welcome to the Isabelle Designs policy page! The most important thing is for you, the customer, to be happy. I want you to be thrilled with the jewelry you receive, and I will do whatever I can, within reason, to make sure that happens.

Payment

Currently, the only method of payment that I accept is Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal - you can use a credit card too. If you want to use a credit card and you DO have a Paypal account, just don't sign in to your Paypal account, and it will give you the option to pay with a credit card.

Shipping

I ship anywhere in the world as long as import/export rules allow. All items are carefully packed, suitable for gift giving, and shipped via USPS Priority Mail for the US, and 1st Class International for the rest of the world. Purchases are shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received, unless the item is custom made.

All US Priority Mail shipments include insurance and a package tracking/delivery confirmation rolled into the shipping price.

Custom made items are shipped within a specified time agreed upon by both parties. Occasionally there is a wait for special materials. I will always let you know if there will be a delay for any reason.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges Your happiness with your item is my main concern. Returns are handled on an individual basis and I will do my best to accommodate your request for a refund or exchange. You MUST contact me within 7 days of receipt of item for a Return Authorization Number. NO returns will be accepted without a RAN. Custom orders cannot be returned.

There is no charge for repairs due to a defect. Custom changes are subject to charges for materials/labor. You pay to ship the item back to me, and I will pay shipping charges to you.

If your piece breaks under normal wear, I will fix it at no charge if you return all the pieces. Please try not to bathe, swim, sleep, do the dishes, garden, mow the lawn, etc. while wearing your jewelry - it's really not good for the jewelry :)
