Thank you for visiting my shop and taking a look at my creations.

My policies are outlined below. If you have any questions or need more information, please ask.

Payment

Please pay within 3 days for Paypal items.

International customers - I accept Paypal only.
UK customers - I will accept Postal Orders, which must reach me within 7 days. Please convo me and let me know that you are sending one !

If you are local, I may allow collection and payment in person for items - this is usually only for paintings. Please ask me about this option.

Shipping

International Shipping - yes, I do !
The "everywhere else" means exactly that. If you're in the USA or Siberia or anywhere else, I'll get that item to you for the cost specified.

I ship within 1 to 4 days of payment, usually between one and two days though.

Everything is securely packaged and sent by First Class Mail or Airmail. I do recycle my packaging.

Insurance of up to £34 (around $47) is included. For items of greater value, insurance is optional and extra. I get a Proof of Posting for all packages.

My paintings (but not the ACEOs !) are always sent using "signed for" delivery with insurance, and this is included in the specified shipping cost.

I will combine shipping for almost all items (this may not be possible for a mix of jewellery and my larger paintings)

Any Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, I label all of my packages accurately.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns if the item has been damaged in the post, and I will refund. If this happens, please let me know immediately.

I will refund if an item is lost in the post. Packages can take several weeks to arrive internationally. If you are concerned about the length of time your package is taking to reach you, please convo me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am convo friendly.

I welcome custom orders and can usually offer any length of necklace cord for my pendants - if you have a special requirement, please ask.

My household is a strictly non-smoking abode.

This home is pet friendly.
Dogs, cats and birds live here - none of which are allowed into in my studio/workroom...but some of the dogs may accompany me to the Post Office !

At this time, I wouldn't be able to fulfill wholesale orders of substantial size, but I may consider small orders and consignment. Please convo me if you are interested.

I offer free repairs on all of my jewellery, as long as you pay for the postage.
