Payment

I accept pay pal and money orders. i will accept personal checks but not ship until they have cleared my bank. On special orders I may possibley accept credit cards.

Shipping

I normally ship priority mail with insurance on items over $100.
shipping is included

Refunds and Exchanges

refunds are not accepted but exchanges for other items in my store are. If something breaks due to my craftsmanship I am happy to fix it if you pay the postage both ways.
