Payment

I take payment through paypal. I expect payment within 3 business days. If payment is not made in a timely manner then the sale will be canceled and item will be re-listed. This is an etsy policy thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

I ship United States Priority mail. I usually ship within 3 business days if the item is in stock. If I need to make the item or if it is a custom order please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. If I will be out of town I will note that in my shop announcements and will ship the item when I return. Please convo me if you would like to purchase delivery confirmation and or insurance for your item. If I am shipping to an APO box I am not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges but do accept refunds. Your items must be returned to me within 7 business days in the same condition as they were shipped and the purchase price will be refunded. I will refund your Paypal account once I receive the item. Sorry SALE items can not be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable.
