Hello, Please take a moment to read through my shop policies. I have made an effort to be simple but thorough. If you see any discrepencies please let me know. Also please let me know if something doesn't make sense. I will be happy to answer any questions you have and like always I welcome and encourage feedback.
I hope my shop policies help to make your shopping experience an easier and more pleasant one.

Payment

Forms of Payment Accepted:
*PayPal https://www.paypal.com/
*Money Order (payment in US Dollars)
*Payment must be made in full within 72hours of purchase and have cleared before the item is shipped. If payment is not received within 72hours, I will then send you a convo. If I do not hear back from you within 24hours then I will have to cancel the sale and the item will be relisted for someone else to purchase it.

*International customers*
Only PayPal is accepted for international buyer purchases and payment must be made in US dollars.

Shipping

*Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. All items are shipped on Monday unless informed otherwise or you make a special request.(excluding holidays).
*Please note that once an item(s) has been mailed I am not responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s).
*The buyer is responsible for shipping insurance on all items. If you would like to add shipping insurance please contact me.
*Items are shipped via USPS First Class shipping by weight (to keep the cost low for you the buyer)
*All items are shipped with delivery conformation.
Priority and Express shipping are available. Please let me know if you prefer faster shipping and wait for a revised invoice before submitting payment.
*I offer combined shipping on multiple purchases as long as all items are paid for in one transaction. For each additional item add up to $1.50.
*If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “notes to seller” during checkout which address you would like your item shipped to. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

*International Shipping*
Please let me know your exact location so I can get an exact shipping cost. Please wait for a revised invoice before making payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

*Please contact me if you have any issues with your purchase before returning your items.
*Items may be returned for a store credit refund only.
*Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date the item(s) was shipped.
*Any returned items must be in original condition & returned in their original packaging or similar and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
*Personalized items are not refundable. If you have concerns or issues with your purchase please contact me.

*Non-Payment*
*If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.
*If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*Whole Sale*
I would love to provide you with some of my items for use with other items or for resale in another location.
Send me a convo letting me know what you are looking for or the exact item already in my shop (don't forget to check out my sold items for things that may not be currently listed). I will need to know how many you would like and any color or size preferences.
I will then work with you to come up with a price that works good for both of us.
All orders are always open to negotiations, hopefully we can come up with what works best for both.
Please do not purchase my items to resell here on etsy, unless we have made special arrangements for the items to be used along with some of your own items.

*Custom Orders*
*Custom Orders are available, please contact me with your request. If you see something in my shop that you like but would like it in a different color please indicate which item and the color you would like it in. I will do my best to accommodate all requests.
*Please allow 2-4 weeks for most custom orders.
*Once the order is finished it will be listed with a special title just for you. You will then be contacted with the listing information.
If I do not hear back from you or the item is not purchased within 3 days of the listing date the item will be up for purchase to anyone.
* All custom orders with a personalized name/word/saying on them must be paid for in advance.

*Discount Offers*
If you have a discount offer number, please enter that offer number and discount description in the "Notes to Seller" during check out. Please do not finish paying at that time. I will send you a revised invoice for the correct amount. Any questions please feel free to ask, I will be happy to answer.

*Feedback*
*I love to leave feedback for buyers and ask that buyers please leave feedback for me. Let me know how you like your items and the service you received.

*Other*
*Country Cottage Crafts reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback.
