Welcome to Sassy Glass Designs...I love what I do and I hope it shows in the quality of my work. As my customer, I want you to be happy with each and every purchase!

Payment

I prefer PayPal as payment but do accept personal checks. However, with a personal check, the item will not be mailed until the check clears the bank unless you are a repeat customer. In that case, your item will be mailed as soon as your check is received.

Shipping

My goal is to ship the day following receipt of payment. If for some reason, I can not ship that quickly, I will send you a note with an expected shipping date.

All packages within the U.S. are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Packages outside of the U.S. are shipped via USPS 1st Class International Mail.

If you prefer your package be mailed as "Priority" mail, please let me know before you check out so I can adjust the shipping charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item. Once the item has been returned, I will gladly refund your money or make an exchange.

I love custom orders, so if you see something you like that has sold or not the right color, please let me know...I will do my best to create something "just for you".
