Payment

HOW DO I ORDER THROUGH ETSY?

•To order all you need is an e-mail address and you can sign up through etsy, its free. Then you can purchase the beautiful handmade crafts.

PAYMENT
•I accept payment through PAYPAL. Please pay immediately after purchasing. If I do not receive payment within 2 days I will believe you will not be purchasing the item unless you email me.

-Illinois buyers need to pay 6.25% tax. You will see this updated in Paypal at checkout.

-Chicago buyers need to pay 9.25% tax. You will see this updated in Paypal at checkout.

Shipping

•After payment clears, shipments will go out within 2 days. If there will be a delay I will e-mail you immediately!

-I package and wrap all my items very well, I will ship to the address you provide through Paypal, unless you e-mail me.

I do ship internationally, convo me and I will let you know the price of shipping!

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries

INSURANCE

•Insurance
As you know, I have no control over the USPS handling of packages once they are shipped. As such, we will not take any responsibility for late arrivals, missing or damaged items.

US Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
$0 - $49 $1.75
$50 - $99 $2.15
$100 - $199 $2.65
$200 - $299 $4.75

For Insurance in Canada and for international insurance please convo me!

Refunds and Exchanges

•Please contact me within 2 days of receipt, merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaged within 7 days. Returns need to be shipped by a reputable carrier that uses some method of tracking. I will not accept back custom orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS

• I am happy to do custom orders let me know!

- I also have done many wholesale orders just convo me for pricing and more information.

- Do you have a team you love and want to show off your colors on game day with style? Convo me your colors and I will make a Charm bracelet only for you!

-All jewelry is handcrafted and some pieces are more delicate than others.

-lengths longer than 8.5" (21.6cm) for charm bracelets will be $3.75 extra for each inch.

-average time estimate for custom orders are, if your colors are in stock, I'm usually able to complete orders within 3 days. If your colors are not in stock It will be a few weeks due to the fact I order all my material online. I will let you know when I receive the beads and supplies and then it will be about 3 days after that before I list your custom order.
