Thank you for stopping by the Wondermommy shop. This shop is owned by Wondermommy, Inc.. Wondermommy, INC is a small corporation run in my own house. I am Mellissa the President of Wondermommy, INC.. All of the items found in my shop are either created with my own hands or designed by me. Again, thank you for stopping in!

Payment

I currently accept Paypal and Money Orders.

If you choose to use Paypal, you will have 24 hours to send your payment. If you have not done so, I will have to relist the item.

If you choose to pay by Money Order, you will have 10 days from the date of purchase to pay. If your payment is not received by then, I will relist.

If you have any concerns, please contact Wondermommy via Etsy.

Shipping

For purchases that are less than $10.00, I ship via First Class Postal Mail. This helps keep the shipping costs low, and not more than the items are worth.

For items over $10.00, I prefer to use USPS Priority Mail. I always purchase delivery confirmation for this option.

You may request cheaper or alternate shipping and I will try to accomodate you. Wondermommy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. This is the responsibility of the US Postal Service or other shipment service. Please contact me before purchase, if you would like to make other shipping arrangements.

If you would like to purchase insurance, please, contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make and/or design all of my items with great care and stand by them 100%. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please, contact me. I am willing to work out a solution with you.

Do _not_ send items back before contacting me. A solution needs to be reached before you send your item(s) back.

Items that are returned must be in original condition. They cannot be washed or worn (except to try on). Unless, the problem with the item was that it was defective.

I want all of my customers to be completely happy! I want you to love your item(s) as much as I loved creating them.

***Custom clothing items, are not returnable, unless they were defective. They were created specifically for you using your measurements and cannot be sent back.***

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are available. If you see something in my shop that you would like, but would like customized, please contact me. I'm willing to work with you on creating the perfect item.

I also offer gift wrapping for an extra charge. Just convo me if you would like this option added to your purchase.
