All of our Bouquets are One-of-a-kind (OOAK). We only use high quality New products in all of our items, unless otherwise noted. FYI: We use Non-Toxic, Lead Free Paints/Glues that are Made in the USA on all of our products.

Payment

We prefer Paypal for Payments at this time. Full payment is expected at time of purchase. Items will be sent 24 hrs after payment is recieved/cleared, with the exception of custom orders of course. All orders will include an itemized receipt for your records and a Free Thank you Gift of our choice.

*Also, when you've recieved and inspected your order, would you please be so kind as to leave us feedback-Thank you!

Shipping

We ship 2-3 day Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation on all orders.
****If you are outside the USA-Please convo us first before placing your order so that we can figure out shipping costs for you-Thanks!

*DISCOUNTS*
We will offer discounts on shipping, if you order multiple items in one order-Please CONVO US FIRST, so that we can apply shipping discounts for you-Thanks. We also include a Free Gift with every order! It's our way of saying We appreciate your business!

*Shipping Materials*
Each bouquet set is custom wrapped in new materials for shipping. However we will try to re-use shipping filler materials to protect our enviornment and to help reduce costs to our customers and ourselves.

Refunds and Exchanges

The pictures on our site are exactly what you will recieve, so there really isn't any second guessing what your product will be like, unless otherwise noted (Custom Orders). All sales are final.

*If one of our flower pens ever comes apart-we will replace it for free-*CRA(Certain restrictions apply)please feel free to convo and let us know-Thanks.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*CUSTOM ORDERS GRACIOUSLY ACCEPTED!

Starting in Jan 2009 we will be reducing the size of our 4 1/2" pots to 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" to reduce shipping costs to our customers. In no way will this affect the quality or quantity of our bouquets-All of our bouquets will still be just as beautiful as they are functional.
Our larger pots (4 1/2") are made from terracotta clay and the beads we use for stability are made from glass therefore making the unit heavy-because of the weight of these items shipping costs are higher. If however you would prefer a larger pot please let us know by Convo-Thank you!

*We reserve the right without notice to Offer Flower Substitutions when necessary...Due to flower choice availability from our suppliers. In the event of a substitution the flowers will be as close to the original pictures as possible or better-Thank you!
