I hope that any transactions will be smooth and trouble-free.
I endeavour to post out jewellery within 48 hours of payment, and if you have questions do please convo me.
Please check the payment policies, as I'm in the uk and only accept Paypal from outside this area.

Payment

Payment should be made within 3 days please.
I accept Paypal only from outside the uk. If you are in the uk, I also accept cheques, but these will need to clear before posting.
Any local taxes incurred are the responsibilty of the purchaser.
If there is a problem after purchase, please let me know asap.

Shipping

In the uk I ship 1st class mail, with certificate of posting. This can be upgraded to Recorded Mail at extra cost.
For overseas shipping, the cost is expensive, so I use Airmail Small packets. This is not tracked, but compensation of up to $70 is payable on loss.
I will ship to your Paypal address unless otherwise notified.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you'll like your jewellery, but if you are not happy with it, then in the first instance contact me, and we'll sort something out.
Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
