Welcome to Cupcake Manor Art!

I specialize in cupcake themed artwork. Cupcakes make me happy, so I hope can make other people happy with my artwork.

I am glad to take special requests/commissions for specific size, colors, design, etc. Please contact me if you're interested!

Payment

I accept PayPal and money orders. PayPal is the easiest, safest and fastest method of payment. I will ship items after money orders are received and processed. My address should be on your receipt from etsy, but if you have a problem finding it, please let me know.

U.S. currency only. Please pay upon order: I will not ship until payment is received and/or cleared.

Shipping

I ship ACEOs via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Paintings will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for U.S. customers; for International customers, I will use First Class International Mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please convo me before completing your purchase.

I will ship within 1-2 days of receiving and clearing payment.

For ACEOs: To ensure that your ACEO will not be damaged, I will send your ACEO between two sturdy index cards within a brown protective envelope all inside a security envelope. ACEOs come in a clear, acid-free sleeve for protection. First class mail. Please indicate if you would like your ACEO signed on the front or the back in the "note to seller" section during your order. I will sign on the front if I do not hear back from you on your preference.

For paintings: Paintings will be shipped in a bubble mailer between two pieces of sturdy cardboard for protection. Larger paintings will come in a flat cardboard box. Priority mail for U.S. customers. I use delivery tracking and insurance. For international customers, paintings will be shipped First Class International Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me immediately if you have a problem with your order. If you have a problem with your purchase, we can try to work out a refund or exchange. Item must be returned for an exchange or refund. Please let me know if you do not receive your items or if they are damaged.
