Welcome

I am a self taught jewelry maker. Before I started making jewelry, I would see a necklace or a pair of earrings I liked and think to myself "I could make that". So then I tried it and I could! Then I started coming up with my own designs and personal style. My gems started improving in quality and I would take in advise wherever I could. Pretty soon I had friends requesting earrings from me and offering to pay! I was thrilled!

Jewelry making has had to take a back-seat to school lately. I started vet school in the fall of 07. It has been exciting and unbelievably hard! It keeps me busy - but I would love to have my jewelry business on the side help me both mentally and financially! Making jewelry is a great escape from the mind aching madness that is vet school!

My goal is to make affordable, classy looking jewelry that is versatile enough to wear during the day and into the evening!

Payment

* What forms of payment do you accept?
--Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Contact me if you wish to pay by another method.

* Student discount
--The student discount applies to all regularly priced items. Sale items not included.
--To get a student discount I request that you:
1. convo me before you purchase so I can adjust the cost. (convos after purchase cannot receive the discount)
2. In your convo tell me your school and major and your student email (I absolutely will not use it for any other purpose than to confirm you are a student).
3. Be honest about being a student!

Shipping

*When is the item shipped?
--Payment must be received before I will ship an order. I intend to ship your item within two to five days of your order. If there is a problem with getting your particular order to you within this time frame, I will let you know as soon as possible.

*How long will it take to get the order?
--I send packages by First Class mail. The USPS states this can take 2 - 5 days on average. However, I can't guaranty what happens once it goes in the mail. If you'd like extra insurance, or a different shipping class please convo me to revise your invoice before paying. Special orders are made well special! So they may take a couple days longer - I can give you an estimated time to ship.

****PLEASE NOTE**** If the address you supply with your purchase is different than the one Paypal has, I will not be held responsible for lost mail. You may, however, contact me to arrange different shipping options. This may include a small extra fee for basic tracking.

*What about International orders?
--I send international packages by First Class mail, with certificate of mailing. If you want your package insured, please contact me and I will adjust your invoice to the appropriate rate, as provided by the USPS.

*What kind of packaging is used?
--Usually the item will be placed in a small box or carefully folded into a hand-made envelope, bubble-wrapped, and place in a padded envelope for mailing.

Refunds and Exchanges

*Can it be returned?
--If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, return it with a post-mark that is within 7 days of receipt. I will refund your payment, minus shipping. (NOTE: please read descriptions carefully! I try to include measurements-if you have any questions please convo me before purchasing)

*What if it breaks or is damaged?
--I can repair items that are damaged through normal wear if mailed back to me in the first 60 days. I don't cover shipping fees to me, but I will cover them back to you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*What if I lose an earring?
--Depending on the style, I can sometimes recreate an item. Replacing one earring will cost ½ of original price plus shipping. Just convo me and we I will let you know if I have those supplies in stock.

Can items be purchased wholesale?
--Many of my prices are at wholesale already, but feel free to contact me to see if we can make another arrangement.
