Payment

If you plan to pay with paypal, payment must be received within a week of purchase. If for some reason your paypal account is not working properly (as I'm sure it has happened to us all at some point!) then you must contact me to set up an alternate payment method. If you plan to mail a check, please send a money order only, (no personal checks please) within two to three weeks.

Shipping

I ship all orders USPS first class mail with insurance. I do ship internationally, but do not offer insurance for international orders. If you need rush delivery, please contact me directly as the shipping price will be higher.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will replace any items damaged or lost in shipping if the package was insured. If you are ordering from another country and would like to purchase insurance, please contact me directly. I do not give refunds, and any replacements or exchanges must be requested within two weeks of receiving your item. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping on all replacements or exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are guaranteed against breakage. If at any time your item needs repair, mail it back to me, and I will repair and or replace as needed. Buyer pays shipping fees, but repairs are free.
Custom orders are available upon request, and I am willing to work with you to order any special parts or colors that may be needed. Please convo me with any requests.
Wholesale and Consignment information are available upon request. Wholesale minimum is $50+ shipping. Wholesale only available for shops, galleries and boutiques at this time.
