Payment

I expect immediate payment. If that is not possible please contact me and I will put your order on hold for 7 days. If you cannot pay your order will be cancelled. Sorry :/

Shipping

Shipping will be made 1-3 days after payment is received.
Please make sure your address is correct! I cannot stress that enough! I do not want to send your new buddy to the wrong home :/
I am not responsible for any damages done during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I cannot afford any refunds or exchanges. Please read description before purchasing and if you have questions please contact me before completing your order.

Feedback is important to me, so please leave some even if its just to let me know your order got to you safe and sound :)

Try to contact me before leaving any negative feedback if there are any problems so that we can come to a reasonable solution before having to take any rash actions. If it is deserved I understand but I would like to know before hand so I'm not completely blind-sided ^_^;
