Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. I accept Paypal, RME, and Money Orders. If paying by RME please email me for an invoice rather than using Etsy checkout.

Shipping

All items listed at 3d ~ deebleDdo are shipped via USPS worldwide. Insurance is optional, recommended, and at the buyers expense. Shipping quoted in each listing is within the USA and Canada...other international buyers will need to contact me for corrected shipping either before or after purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

REUNDS & WARRANTIES:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, it may be returned unwashed and unworn within 10 days for a full refund of the item price, less shipping charges.

Items with construction issues (elastic, snaps, seams) are warrantied for 45 days from date of purchase and can be returned at my expense for repair. The item will be replaced or refunded (at my discretion) if a repair is not possible. This warranty does not apply to items that have been improperly cared for or have excessive wear and tear.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Fitted diapers should be washed with other diapers in hot water and your normal detergent. Don't fall into the 'less detergent is better' crowd or you may experience stink and repelling issues. I recommend using a normal amount of detergent with white vinegar in your first rinse cycle to remove soap residue and keep your diapers soft and smelling sweet (yes, diapers can smell sweet!). Dryer sheets or other fabric softeners are not recommended as they coat the fabrics and will prevent absorption. The vinegar also serves as a softener and the smell dissipates in the final rinse and dry.

Polyurethane laminate (PUL) and fleece covers should never be washed with cotton products as it causes excessive pilling of the fleece. Wash them with other fleece covers or hand wash with a bit of mild detergent and follow the air drying instructions for wool covers (below). Fleece covers can be safely washed and dried with other fleece only products.

Wool covers are naturally anti-bacterial and anti-microbial so can be allowed to air dry unless they are soiled. After several uses, they can be gently rinsed out (or you can use your preferred wool wash), rolled into a towel to remove excess water and then allowed to air dry. Every few weeks, or as you notice the cover saturates easier, it should be re-lanolized by dropping a bit of lanolin into warm water and soaking the cover. It can then be dried in the manner described above. Wool covers should never be washed or dried in a machine or with other diapering products.

SIZING:
3d diapers and covers are Medium/Large in size. Sizing by weight is approximate as every baby is shaped a bit differently. Please use the weight as a general guide and size the diaper to your baby by the measurements provided in each listing.

The majority of my work is through custom orders, so if you don't see what you are looking for, just send me an email or fill out an Alchemy request. I can sew most anything and can also provide embroidery options to diapers and covers you may already own. Just ask. :)
