Payment

Please make your payment through PayPal a.s.a.p.. This will trigger a shipment of goods. Thank you.

Shipping

I ship most items First Class Mail once payment has been received.
LaptopJacks are sent Priority Mail. Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 days
International orders are sent First-class Mail International which takes 5-10 days.
Please email me for an international shipping quote.
Customers are responsible for all fees and tariffs associated with customs.
To keep shipping costs low I do not insure items.
If you would like insurance please contact me to adjust shipping and handling charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

If necessary, I will refund the buyer the purchase price less shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item needs to be returned in original condition within 7 business days. Please contact me to arrange a return.
