Payment

We accept payment through paypal only. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to pay through paypal. Once your order is ready, we will send you an invoice via e-mail that lists payment instructions and options.

Shipping

We provide you with several shipping quotes at time of delivery, and you choose which ever option you prefer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since DiPoe items are made-to-order, one of a kind, items; We can not allow exchanges to be made. All customers are shown a mockup of their custom order BEFORE production, and we do not begin production until you give us the 'ok' to do so.
We will happily make changes to your item during it's production. However, once the item is shipped, there is little we can do to fix the order. Since all orders are approved by you prior to production and shipping, we do not offer a refund policy at this time.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All DiPoe items are guaranteed to be 100% original, one of a kind pieces. We will NEVER duplicate/reprint/copy a previous DiPoe item. All DiPoe items are unique and original as it's customers.
