Thank you for stopping by my little supply shop!

I believe that customer service is of utmost importance, and I want you to be happy with your Supply Rioting experience. If you ever have any questions or concerns please let me know right away and I will do what I can to help :)

Payment

I prefer PayPal, but I also accept ProPay, checks, and money orders. Please note that if you pay via check, eCheck or money order, your item will not be shipped until your payment clears my bank account.

HOLDS ON ITEMS
A hold can be 1. an item that has been purchased but not yet paid for or 2. a custom/reserved listing. I can only hold an item in my shop for 3 days unless you make other arrangements with me (which I am happy to make! Just send me a convo). After 3 days of no communication the transaction/listing will be canceled/edited so as to make the items available to my other customers.

Shipping

I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you happen to place your order on a Tuesday or Friday after I have already gone to the post office, your order will go out on my next shipping day. Rush orders can be arranged--send me a convo if you need extra-speedy delivery!

All orders are shipped First Class. Domestic orders include Delivery Confirmation.
If you are an INTERNATIONAL BUYER, please understand that it can take anywhere from one week to several for you to receive your package. **I cannot track international packages, unfortunately.** Sometimes a package will get stuck in customs, which can cause a significant delay. I wish I could bonk them over the head an make them go faster! I sincerely appreciate your patience.

I am sorry, but to international customers, I cannot mark your package as a gift.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. I am very friendly, and I do understand that sometimes things happen. If you EVER have any kind of problem with your order, please send me a convo and I will do my very best to fix the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you would like a custom quantity of an item, I am happy to make a special listing just for you (if I have the quantity available, of course)! Just convo me with special requests prior to making your purchase.
