Welcom to my shop. I will always aspire to give excellent workmanship. And I very much like to do custom orders and will work with you to try to meet the challenge whatever you might want made.
Payment
The best method of payment is paypal but I will except checks or money orders. If paying by check I will not send the item for 7-10 working days until the check clears the bank. If you need to cancel an order it should be done in the same day ordered because I normally send the item out the following day if paid by paypal.
Shipping
My items are sent first class or priority mail depending on weight. I will send overnight if you request and pay the postage. My items are normally sent out the same day or the following day. If a problem arises in this schedule I will contact you. Insurance will also be added if requested by the buyer which will be added to the shipping cost. If you are outside the U.S. please contact me for all shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund items if you contact me about returning and return them withing 2 days of receiving the item. If they are custom made I can usually take returns unless you have requested a certain name be embroidered on it. I can let you know before we agree on a custom order. Usually if it something I can resale I can take refund or exchange. The buyer will be responsible for return postage.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I do custom orders on other things besides what I have on my shop and love to do Alchemy orders. I will work with you on timeing for when you need your orders to the best of my abililty. I would love to turn your ideas into a reality.
