Payment

Paypal and RME only at this moment. Immediate credit card payment is preferred, but e-checks are welcome. Please be advised that all orders will ship to the address listed on the PayPal or RME account. Every effort will be made to ensure the package gets to its destination but if there is a discrepancy between the Etsy and PayPal or RME addresses, I cannot be responsible for mis-directed mail.

Shipping

Items ship after payment clears. Shipment may take up to 2 weeks depending on what item is purchased. I make a valiant effort to get to the PO at least 2 times a week. I ship USPS first class. If you would like to upgrade shipping to priority or overnight for your order please state so in notes to seller with your paypayl email address and wait for a revised invoice.

★ Photos and Prints are shipped via USPS in a photo mailer. The mailer is included in the shipping price.

★ Paintings are shipped via UPS. Shipping price includes the packing of the painting, Insurance up to $300, and actual shipment.

★ Insurance is optional for all items (excluding original paintingsover $100, which include insurance) but for any items over $50, definitely recommended! If you would like insurance on your purchase please contact me to discuss the rate.

★★ I can ship anywhere, but please convo me before your purchase so I can estimate your shipping cost. ★★

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned only if defective. Please contact me before you send the item back and I will issue a refund minus the shipping, etsy, and paypal costs only after the item has been returned. Please be prepared to show photographs of the damage.

I am not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged while in transit to you. If you suspect a package has been lost, contact me and a claim will be filed with the Postal Service. Every effort will be made to locate the item with the USPS, however I cannot offer refunds or reship items since most of my products are one-of-a-kind

If payment is not submitted within 3 days, the transaction will be canceled and appropriate negative feedback will be left for the buyer. If a buyer completes a transaction but choses to back out of the sale, neutral feedback will be left acknowledging what happened.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I'll happily do special orders; whatever your little heart desires in whatever medium is posted in my shop. In addition, I can also do collaging, watercolors, web design (many different kinds)and digital photography.
