Thank you for visiting JLK Concepts! Here, you will find beautiful handcrafted jewelry made of only precious and semi-precious gemstones and metals.

If you see something you like but would like a different color stone, type of metal or length, please send me a message. I am happy to make adjustments to fit your tastes because I want you to be thrilled with your purchase!!

I can custom design a piece for your special occasion (wedding, bat mitzvah, prom, etc. )! Send me a message with your price range, color specifications, metal preference, and details about your occasion. I love making custom pieces, so please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Payment

JLK Concepts prefers Paypal because it is quickest, but if you prefer to send a check that is fine, too.

* All Paypal transactions must be paid within 5
days of purchase.
* All checks must clear before purchase is shipped to you/recipient.
* If your billing/shipping address is in California, I must charge you tax (8.5% since I'm in San Francisco). Please send me a message before checking out so I can create a reserve listing for you.

DISCOUNT CODES:
* Please send me a message BEFORE CHECKING OUT if you are using a discount code. I will create a reserve listing for you which reflects the discounted price. Your discounted reserve listing must be purchased within 24 hours or it will be forfeited. Please message me in advance if you have any problems with that deadline.

CHARITY CODES:
* If your purchase benefits a particular organization to which I have pledged a portion of your purchase, please include the donation code in the message section when you check out.

Shipping

* METHOD: Domestic shipping INCLUDES TRACKING CONFIRMATION NUMBER and is sent via USPS FIRST CLASS. If you would like to have your order expedited, please contact me for additional options. Additional fees apply.

* INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, please contact me to arrange method of shipping and price.

* COMBINED SHIPPING: Combined purchases receive reduced shipping of $.50 on each additional item.

* INSURANCE: Insurance is offered as an option for an additional $2.00. Once I ship your package, what happens to it is beyond my control. I cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages.

* PROCESSING TIME: All orders are processed within 12-48 hours (depending on the day of your purchase, of course).

* DELIVERY TIME: Shipments usually arrive 2-8 business days after order is shipped. Can be shorter or longer depending on destination, optional expedited service or international delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

* INSURANCE: Insurance is offered as an option for an additional $2.00. Once I ship your package, what happens to it is beyond my control. I cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages.
