Payment

I accept PayPal for payment. I feel it is the safest way to send money.

Shipping

I do offer combined shipping, for large multiple item orders the combined shipping may even be less depending on the actual shipping cost..

I do ship international . any charges for "duty or custom" on international packages is the responsibility of the buyer. Higher shipping rates for Italy is due to Italy postal regulations for mailing Jewelry.Due to changes in my work schedule I am only able to post non USA packages Thursdays-Saturday. Please when purchasing outside USA pay by Friday evening so I will be able to post your package for you without a lengthy delay.

Insurance is available, at the buyers expense.., please let me know if you want this, I do include delivery Confirmation for packages inside the USA.

Once I receive payment I will ship within 3 business days...most often sooner..I do work a weird work schedule so at times I cannot get things off quite as rapidly as I want thus the 3 day wait at times.

I like to recycle whenever I can.. so please do not be surprised if it appears that some of your packing material has been reused ( bubble wrap etc) this keeps costs down on shipping charges and helps the environment at the same time!!

I do take care to ensure that your item is well packaged and when I deliver it to the post office I do request that they are very kind and treat your package with loving care until they deliver it to you...

Refunds and Exchanges

I do hope that when you receive your item you are ecstatic, jumping up and down with joy.. but if there should be some unforeseen problem.. please do not sit there unhappy.. tell me... I really am convo friendly.. problems cannot be straightened out if both parties are not aware of the situation.. so please contact me!! I will review each case on an individual basis and do my best to resolve the situation in a fair manner
