Payment

I accept paypal and e-check. I will ship once payment has been cleared.

Shipping

Items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Please let me know if you would like an upgrade in shipping (next day, ect...)

Refunds and Exchanges

I am only able to do a refund if the item you ordered is defective in some way. I will gladly do an exchange for another item for equal or greater value. Thank you for understanding.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you qualify for the 10% discount it will only be applied to the cost of the clutch bags themselves, not monogramming.
