Welcome

From a handwritten note on a handmade card to a gift handcrafted and chosen with one special person in mind, we are connected through what we create. Red Thread Art encompasses all the things I love to do that connect me with others. Some of these things become items in my shop that I hope you will connect with and want to share with someone special---maybe even yourself ; ).

Payment

Payment may be made through Paypal. Items will be sent within 2 working days after payment is registered.

Shipping

If your order is to be sent somewhere other than the United States or Belgium, please convo me and I will calculate the shipping as closely as I can. I cannot accept full responsibility for lost items, so please ask for insured postage if you would like to be absolutely assured that your package will arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have tried my best to give you every detail about each of the items in my shop; but, if for some reason you order something and are not satisfied with your purchase , please return it, undamaged, postmarked within 10 days of receiving the item and I will refund the purchase price through your Paypal account. The return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom-made items may not be returned---we will be certain to email photos of the finished piece for your approval before you make payment.

Please note that item prices and shipping costs are being converted from euros to dollars, so these costs reflect the current exchange rates.
