Payment

I accept Paypal only. The great thing about paypal is that it will let you use your credit card without actually needing an account set up with them. :)

Order Payment/Cancellation
If you do not make a payment for your order within 3 business days of placing the order, I will cancel the transaction. Please contact me if there are extenuating circumstances and I will work with you.

PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS:
I am required to charge you a 6% sales tax - it will automatically be calculated by Paypal, so don't be surprised if your total is a little bit higher than you expect. If you are paying by money order, please add 6% for tax by multiplying the total amount, minus shipping, by 1.06 and then add shipping back in. Please contact me if you have questions.

Shipping

Your item will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail and I will always use your Paypal mailing address, so please make sure that address is correct. Faster, more expensive shipping options are available upon request, please contact me before you purchase.

United States customers - Your package will have tracking included and you should see delivery within 3-7 business days. I try to ship the day after I receive your payment, but only ship Monday through Friday. I use Paypal to print out the shipping labels and you'll receive the tracking information to your Paypal email address.

International customers - I no longer ship internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with the item(s) you ordered, please return them within 7 days of receipt to receive a full refund (minus the cost of shipping).

Additional Policies and FAQs

DISCOUNTS - Get $2.5 off for every $25 you spend in a single order(not including shipping fees). To expedite your order, the discount will be refunded to you after you make your initial payment. If you need to just be billed the reduced amount, contact me after you place your order (before you pay) and I will send you an invoice. Just keep in mind that method will take longer to process. This discount starts on 2/4/2008 and does not currently have an end date.

MIX AND MATCH requests welcome as long as your total amount comes to $10 or more. You can base pricing on the per bead cost and the quantities of each bead you want.
