I always provide a free sample with all orders.
By the way there is no testing on animals except for prducts made for the animals. Sometimes my cat gets into the mineral make up micas, as right now he has blue splotches from getting into the trash can.

Payment

I do not accept personal checks or cash. I would prefer you to pay by PayPal (it's free to have a PayPal account). Credit cards are accepted via PayPal. I will also accept money orders or a cashiers’ check. All payments must be in US Dollars.

Shipping

I will ship all merchandise via USPS, Priority Mail. I will ship anywhere from Des Moines, IA, international orders may take longer to reach destinations and will require more shipping and handling. Standard shipping will never exceed $10 US with in the United States. People who are serving in any country in the military or is a veteran of the military will receive free shipping upon providing proper identification.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return an item for what ever reason you will need to contact me so I can provide you a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to sent the item back. Most items will be exchanged for the same item or something within the same price range or you may receive your money back. If there is nothing wrong with the item, and you just "changed your mind" there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please be patient as I do not keep large quantities in stock. Expected turn-around time will be three days upon receiving payment unless otherwise stated or I inform you. If you just have to have the item STAT I can make arrangements but there will be additional charges.
