Welcome

Thanks for peeking at my shop! I'm a web designer by trade and illustrate in my spare time. My drawings are a combination of hand-drawn and digital elements. I self-print with a wonderful Canon beastie onto lovely textured Bockingford watercolour paper. Prints are hand-cut and hand-signed - I don't send anything out I'm not 100% satisfied with.

Payment

Paypal only. Please pay immediately or contact me if there will be a delay. International buyers to pay any applicable customs charges.

Shipping

Prints and cards are shipped in board-backed envelopes; each one comes in a plastic slipcase to keep it lookin' perfect. I aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of payment; I ship first class (1-3 days, UK) and airmail (3-10 days, worldwide). If you're in a rush just let me know and I'l do my best to accommodate. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct as that is the address I will ship to.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm not responsible for lost items, although I do obtain proof of postage for everything I send (covered up to the value of £30/approx $60) and will do my best to get your money back in the event of loss or damage. Please contact me if there's any problem with your order and I'll fix it!
