Welcome to my shop, have a look at the policies before you buy!!

Payment

Paypal only at the moment.
If you don’t have a Paypal account, there is no problem! You can click on the Paypal link, where credit card payments are also accepted.
Please send the payments within 3 days of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping

I send my products worldwide by regular airmail for a flat rate of $2.5 worldwide except for Ireland and the UK. If you want them to be sent to you registered please email me before you buy.
Upon receipt of payment all the jewellery is mailed carefully in a gift box in a well padded envelope.
I normally ship between 24-48 hours after the payment has been received.
I combine shipping for multiple orders.
Orders usually reach their destination between 4-10 days.
I will contact you as soon as I ship the order.
In the case that you are purchasing a gift for somebody else, if you want I can gift box it and send it to the recipient without an invoice and send you a copy of the invoice if required.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, let me know within five days of receiving the item.
I don't normally accept returns but email me if you are unhappy and I'll see what I can do.

CUSTOM ORDERS: They are very welcome! Just let me know and we’ll work something lovely out!.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: They are also welcome, please get in touch!

In the case of a listing of multiple items where the customer needs to indicate which model or colour they want to pick, they need to indicate it with the order. If not indicated a convo will be sent to them. If this convo is not replied within a day, the first model in the listing will be sent.
