hi! welcome to the toki cafe. i'm youngmi and i love crafting. my favorite materials to work with are yarn and paper but i would love to explore other crafts too.

almost all of my projects are made from acrylic yarn and acrylic felt. fantastic, durable stuff. i'm on a tight budget here so i dream of wool felt and wool & bamboo yarns... yummy... maybe i'll splurge one day and put out "deluxe" versions of my creations.

Payment

i accept credit and debit cards through paypal. you do not need a paypal account to pay for your items through paypal. you can choose the paypal option during checkout. after you submit your order click the "pay now" button. scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a paypal account.

echecks are welcome but i wait to ship your order until after the payment has cleared. this usually takes about five business days.

please pay for your purchase within 48 hours so that i can ship your order to you as soon as possible. after 48 hours, i will send you a friendly reminder.

if you have a special request concerning your payment, please feel free to convo me... i'm pretty accommodating!

Shipping

i ship all orders via parcel post USPS unless you request special shipping for faster delivery. i can ship internationally too, just convo me before putting the item in your shopping cart so that i can calculate the shipping. i do my best to ship all items within two days of payment. items bought on friday will usually be shipped on monday. i ship orders to your etsy address unless you request otherwise. insurance can be purchased, please convo with the request before purchasing an item so that i can adjust the shipping. i cannot assume responsibility in the rare case that USPS misplaces the package. please consider insurance or delivery confirmation (available for shipping within the U.S. only). i will send a convo to you when i've shipped your order. round ami's are shipped in sturdy little boxes and flat things such as magnet sets are shipped in padded envelopes. i try to minimize packing as much as possible while still ensuring the safe shipment of your order... keeps costs down and saves a few trees :) i also try to re-use packaging materials whenever i can and ask that my customers re-use them too!

Refunds and Exchanges

if you're unhappy with your purchase please let me know within 48 hours of its delivery and we'll work things out. i'll do my best to make everyone happy. i'll consider any REASONABLE request. i unfortunately cannot assume responsibility for any packages that are misplaced or damaged by the USPS.

Additional Policies and FAQs

if there's something you'd like to see in my store or if you're thinking about a custom order, please convo me. i love special orders and personalizing items in whatever way i can. you can also check my "sold" section to see some of my other projects... if you see something you like, i can always make more! i always send a picture of a special order to your for approval before listing it in the shop. if you don't love it or it didn't turn out as you had imagined, please do not feel obligated to purchase it. i would never ask anyone to buy something that they didn't love 100%.

some of my items contain small parts and may not be suitable for children. i use plastic safety eyes that have locking backings which are virtually impossible to remove. however, they still may not be suitable for very small children. i sew all small parts such as stems and leaves on as best as i can. every child is different so only the caretakers of a child can determine whether or not an item is safe for their child. if you have specific questions about an item, please contact me.

all items come from a smoke free environment. i do have a pet bunny and although she doesn't frolic in my yarn collection or roll around in my finished projects, this may be something to consider if you have allergies.
