Payment

I accept PayPal and Revolutionary Money Exchange (RME). I do expect payment within 3 days of purchase, but am willing to work with you if *something suddenly comes up!*

To pay with RME, choose other at checkout.

I charge 7% tax for purchases made within North Carolina as I'm required to!

Shipping

I prefer to ONLY ship to a confirmed PayPal address...per PayPal's Term of Understanding Agreement, sellers are only protected if items are shipped to a confirmed address. This being said, I will ship to the address I receive with your PayPal payment NOT your Etsy address. If you would like your items shipped to a different address (other than your PayPal one), please convo me to let me know as I am more than happy to oblige :)

Within the United States, I ship First Class. This also includes delivery confirmation. If you wish to add insurance, please let me know and I'll add it to your invoice.

Everywhere else, I ship International First Class.

If you'd like upgrades on any service, please convo me before your purchase so I can make the necessary adjustments to your invoice.

I generally ship within 24 hours of your purchase if not same day!

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is my Number One goal. If you, for whatever reason, are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund IF returned in original, unblemished condition within 7 days. Upon receipt of the package, I will send a refund through PayPal. Your return shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
