Payment

I accept PayPal and personal checks/money orders. Payment must be received within 3 business days of purchase. If it is not, the item will be relisted.

Shipping

I ship all Original Sock Dogs and plush via Priority Mail, and other smaller items (notecards, paperclay sculptures, etc) via First Class mail. Items are shipped within 2 business days after purchasing.

If you wish to purchase insurance and/or delivery confirmation, please let me know prior to paying and I will adjust the shipping total on your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges are considered on a case by case basis.
